Please note that RML is a motorsport company and staff can expect to work long and/or unsociable hours. There will be occasions when staff may be asked to work weekends and away from the company's site at race meetings, both in the UK and abroad.
Description
We are looking to recruit a number of engine development and design engineers with motorsport experience at the highest level. This is an ideal opportunity for talented engineers to apply their skills to a wide range of design challenges within our busy engine department and may involve some travel.
Skills
You should have a knowledge of best practices of all aspects of competition race engine design, development and calibration. Competency with CAD and engine management software is essential depending on position.
Qualifications
Applicants should be qualified to HND or Degree level, with a proven track record of designing or developing race-winning engines at the highest level of motorsport.
