1985

  • RML Ecurie Ecosse Ford second in C2 World Sports Car Teams Championship

1986

  • RML Ecurie Ecosse Austin Rover wins C2 World Sports Car Teams Championship

1987

  • RML Ecurie Ecosse Ford second in C2 World Sportscar Teams Championship

1988

  • RML develops Aston Martin AMR1 Group C1 sportscar

1989

  • RML absorbed into the Aston Martin Racing Programme (Proteus Technology)

1990

  • RML develop and prepare NPTI Nissan R90C Group C1 programme for Le Mans. Car leads the race for five hours and sets new lap record

1991

  • RML design and develop RML GT40 - first automotive project

1992

  • RML enters BTCC running Ecurie Ecosse (ex factory) Vauxhall Cavaliers

1993

  • RML design and develop its first ground up touring car (Vauxhall Cavalier) which regularly outpaces factory team cars
  • RML win first BTCC race (David Leslie/Ecurie Ecosse) at Thruxton
  • RML design and build Nissan Sunny touring cars for Nissan Motorsport South Africa

1994

  • RML awarded Vauxhall BTCC works contract
  • RML launch customer support programme supplying Vauxhall/Opel and Nissan teams worldwide
  • RML embark on design of Opel/Vauxhall Vectra Super Touring Car
  • RML design and build complete road car for undisclosed Japanese Client (P10)

1995

  • RML wins BTCC Drivers' and Teams' Titles (John Cleland /Vauxhall)
  • RML expand and move to new premises in Northamptonshire, England
  • RML Cavalier's win touring car titles in South Africa and Japan

1996

  • RML Cavalier's/Vectra's win touring car titles in South Africa, Thailand and Australia.

1997

  • RML awarded works Nissan BTCC contract
  • RML design and develop Opel/Vauxhall Astra Formula 2 Rally Kit Car

1998

  • RML wins BTCC Manufacturers' and Teams' Titles for Nissan
  • RML Astra F2 completes shakedown, 5 months after project start date
  • RML run works Vauxhall Astra British Rally Championship team
  • RML Astra F2 wins first rally in Germany

1999

  • RML wins BTCC Manufacturers', Teams' and Drivers' titles for Nissan
  • RML Astra F2 wins rally championships in Sweden, Germany and Norway
  • RML design and build Mallock P20 Supersports car
  • RML design and build Astra Coupe DTM Concept car
  • RML commence design of the Saleen S7

2000

  • RML Vauxhall Astra F2 Team wins British Rally Championship
  • RML Astra F2 wins Norwegian and German National Rally Championships
  • Saleen S7 world unveiling at Laguna Seca Raceway, 10 months after project start date
  • RML commence design of Opel Corsa Super 1600 rally car

2001

  • RML designed and Built Saleen S7R wins Sebring 12 Hours
  • RML wins all but one race in the new European Le Mans Series (ELMS) with its own Saleen S7 taking the Grand Slam of Manufacturers, Teams and Drivers Championships

2002

  • RML wins the ASCAR championship in first season of Oval Racing (Nicolas Minassian)
  • Opel Corsa Super 1600 wins first rally
  • RML (Team St George) makes Champcar World Series debut with 9th place finish (Darren Manning/Lola Cosworth)

2003

  • RML retain ASCAR championship title (Ben Collins)
  • Opel Corsa Super 1600 wins British S1600 and British Junior Rally Championships
  • RML design and construct Nissan Micra-R 'Headline Car'

2004

  • RML return to sportscar racing at Le Mans, in the LMES and FIA GT Championship with the Saleen S7R and MG Lola
  • RML run works SEAT team in British Touring Car Championship taking 9 wins
  • RML awarded works Chevrolet WTCC (World Touring Car Championship) contract

2005

  • RML manage Chevrolet WTCC programme
  • RML manage AD Promotions/Dedicated Micros Le Mans/LMES programme
  • RML manage Opel Corsa Super 1600 customer supply & support programme

2006

  • RML manage AD Promotions/Dedicated Micros Le Mans/LMES programme, winning the LMP2 category at La Sarthe, finishing second in the LMP2 class of LMES;
  • RML manage Chevrolet WTCC programme, taking fourth in the manufacturers championship, with Alain Menu scoring the partnership's first win at Brands Hatch

2007

  • RML win LMP2 class of Le Mans Series, and compete in Le Mans 24 Hours with the MG-Lola EX264.
  • RML continue to manage the Chevrolet WTCC programme, finishing third in the manaufactures championship. The team took seven wins from 22 starts, with Alain Menu taking five victories, three more than eventual champion Andy Priaulx. He also set seven pole positions, and the team led more laps than anyone else.
  • Mercedes Benz select RML to design, develop and build the Mercedes-Benz Mclaren SLR 722 GT. The car is unveiled at the Dubai Motorshow by double Formula One World Champion Mika Hakkinen.

2008

  • RML return to Le Mans with the MG-Lola chassis, and drivers Mike Newton, Tommy Erdos and Andy Wallace, with the aim of claiming their third LMP2 class victory in four years. Mike and Tommy will also defend their Le Mans Series LMP2 Championship.
  • RML ran the Chevrolet World Touring Car program, competing with drivers Alain Menu, Nicola Larini and Rob Huff, taking 5 wins.
  • RML continued their Mercedes-Benz Mclaren SLR 722 GT program completing 6 events across Europe.

2009

  • RML enters LMS and LM24 with Lola-Mazda LMP2 Coupe with drivers Mike Newton, Tommy Erdos with Chris Dyson as the third driver
  • New Chevrolet Cruze makes WTCC debut with RML, Alain Menu,Nicola Larini and Rob Huff taking 6 wins
  • Dramatic return to BTCC with Jason Plato, Mat Jackson and James Nash taking 11 wins during the season

2010

  • RML wins LMP2 class of the Le Mans Series with Lola-HPD LMP2 Coupe with drivers Mike Newton, Tommy Erdos and Ben Collins joining as the third driver
  • RML Chevrolet Cruze wins WTCC Drivers, Manufacturers and Teams Championship 3 car WTCC championship attack with Yvan Muller, Rob Huff and Alain Menu
  • RML Silverline Chevrolet Cruze wins BTCC Drivers Championship with Jason Plato and Alex MacDowall

2011

  • RML enters LMS and LM24 with HPD ARX-01d LMP2 with drivers Mike Newton, Tommy Erdos and Ben Collins
  • RML Chevrolet Cruze retain WTCC Drivers, Manufacturers and Tams Championship attack with Yvan Muller, Rob Huff and Alain Menu finishing 1,2,3 in the drivers standings using the newly designed RML Global 1.6l turbo engine, taking 21 of 24 wins and every pole position
  • BTCC with Silverline Chevrolet Cruzes for Jason Plato and Alex MacDowall
  • Design and Build of the Nissan Juke-R 'Headline Car'
